Fielden Walter Cheek, son of Henderson CHEEK & Lucy BRYAN was born Jan. 23, 1862, in Alleghany Co., NC, and died July 11, 1955, in Yadkin Co., NC. He married Mary Ann Long, daughter of John R. LONG & Mary ABSHER, Feb. 13, 1887, in Alleghany Co., NC. She was born Jan. 28, 1863, in Alleghany Co., NC, and died May 10, 1948, in Alleghany Co., NC. Fielden and Mary Ann Cheek are buried at the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Whitehead, Alleghany Co., NC.

Fielden Walter Cheek was the youngest son of Henderson Cheek and Lucy Bryan.
