Berry Edwards, Jr. or "Berryson" Edwards, son of Berry EDWARDS, Sr., & Ruth DAVIS, was born Aug. 4, 1831, in Ashe Co., NC, and died Dec. 17, 1889, in Alleghany Co., NC. He married Amanda Melvina Wagoner, daughter of Jacob WAGONER & Annie ROBERTS. She was born Dec. 28, 1831, in Ashe Co., NC, and died July 4, 1895, in Alleghany Co., NC. Berryson & Amanda Edwards are buried at the Center Edwards Cemetery, located off Hwy 21, 1.5 miles north of Sparta, Alleghany Co., NC.
