Eli C. Richardson, son of Alexander RICHARDSON & Martha CHEEK, was born Feb. 13, 1837, in Ashe Co., NC, and died Feb. 2, 1896, in Alleghany Co., NC. He married Mary "Polly" Spurlin, Feb. 15, 1864, in Alleghany Co., NC. She was born June 13, 1843, in Grayson Co., VA, and died June 19, 1922, in Alleghany Co., NC. Eli and Mary Richardson are buried at the Antioch Primitive Baptist Church in Alleghany Co., NC.
