She was born abt. 1810 and died between 1836-1838 in Ashe Co., NC. He married (2) Margaret "Peggy" Andrews, daughter of John ANDREWS & Mary CHEEK, abt. 1838. She was born Jan. 8, 1816, in Orange Co., NC, and died Mar. 24, 1908, in Alleghany Co., NC. Jacob and Margaret Wagoner are buried at the Wagoner & Duncan Cemetery, Road 1421, Alleghany Co., NC.
